75km Stunning Trail Running race in South Africa: 25km Mountain, 30km Forest, 20km Coastal

The package below is from the day of arrival at George airport. Flights must be from Europe to Cape Town or Johannesburg and then a domestic flight to George.

7^th August: Arrive in South Africa and arrive George, welcomed by TriSport at George Airport and taken to Wilderness Nature Reserve, the Race Village

8^th August: Explore the area and the historic town of Wilderness and Relax before the 3 Day Trail Run whilst seeing the beautiful town

9^th August: Day 1, 25km of Mountain Section through the Outeniqua Mountains on single tracks

10^th August: Day 2, 30km of Forest Section in and around the famous Knysna Forest indigenous Forest sections

11^th August: Day 3, Coastal section of 20km running along the cliffs of the beautiful garden Route on single tracks

12^th August: Sedgefield/Wilderness: Abseiling, Tandem Paragliding (optional), hiking the Wilderness indigenous trails, canoeing, Foefiesliding/Traversing in Sedgefield (included in price)

13^th August: Mossel Bay Options:

• Great White Shark Diving (Cage diving, do not need any diving qualifications, not included in package price)
• Or for those not so adventurous, hiking on the famous St Blaize Hiking Route beautiful hiking route on the Cliffs overlooking the sea (included in package price)
• Boat Trip to Seal Island (included in package price)
• Scuba diving in Mossel Bay optional (Discover Scuba course) no training needed, not included in package price)
• Safari Trip to Botlierskop Big 4 Game Reserve (included in package price)

14^th August: Oudsthoorn

Morning: Travel to De Zeekoe Guest house in Oudtshoorn (about 80km), see www.dezeekoe.co.za via the Montuga Pass and Herold Wine Farm

Afternoon : Visit the Cheetah and Tiger Farm outside Oudtshoorn (included in price)

15^th August: Oudsthoorn

Early Morning: Meerkat Experience (included in price)

Mid Morning to Afternoon: Cango Caving: the Adventure Options (included in price)

Afternoon : Visit Ostrich farm, Riding an Ostrich (included in price)

16^th August: Leaving De Zeekoe Guest house for George Airport. Goodbyes and Fly back to Europe
